Mrs. Raluca L. Hanea is the founding member of the firm.
Immediately after graduating from law school in Romania, Mrs. Hanea immigrated to the United States through the Diversity Visa program. As a young college graduate, she started a new life from zero on a different continent. Today, she uses this experience to help her clients with the appropriate legal solutions and practical ways to adjust to a new life because she understands the challenges and struggles they face in their journey.
Mrs. Hanea has a Juris Doctorate (2009) from the University of Georgia (JD) and a European civil law Bachelor of Law degree (LLB)(1997).
Mrs. Hanea represents clients all over the U.S. and internationally. She has provided immigration services for corporations trying to add qualified individuals to their team; foreign investors willing to obtain EB-5 immigrant visas or non-immigrant E-visas; and individuals who want the United States to be their permanent or temporary home.
Dedicated to helping people, and passionate about her work, attorney Hanea has always believed in giving back to the community. After volunteering with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society in Gwinnett (GLA) for nine months after graduation from law school, she has continued to collaborate with their office as a pro-bono attorney.
Mrs. Hanea is forever grateful for the kind and caring upbringing of her beloved parents and the love for continuous learning and self-improvement they inspired. And for the love and support she has received over the years from her extended family. She lives with her husband and their three children in an Atlanta suburb and credits her success and inspiration in all she does to her family.
Mrs. Hanea’s favorite quote is: “Be yourself <the change> you want to see in the world.”
