Attorney Raluca L. Hanea is the founding partner and manager of the law firm. As a first generation immigrant herself, she understands the many challanges and struggles an immigrant faces everyday, and thus she is in the possition to find not only legal solutions but also other practical ways to help her clients to adjust to their new life. She stepped in her client’s shoes twenty years ago when she and her husband came in United States throught the Diversity Visa program, with just two suitcases.
Holder of a common law American Juris Doctor degree and a European civil law Bachelor of Law degree, Raluca has the experience and skills to understand her clients’ legal needs from a global perspective.
Her practice focuses primarily on U. S. Immigration and Nationality Law, being able to represent clients all over U.S. and global citizens. Immigration services are provided for corporations desiring to add qualified individuals to their team; foreign investors willing to obtain EB-5 immigrant visas or non-immigrant E-visas; and individuals who desire to chose United States as their permanent or temporary home. It is our attorney’s goal to be able to empower individuals and corporations to reach their full personal and professional potential in the United States. She is committed to ensuring that her clients attain legal status and the right to live, work and study, to visit or do business in the United States.
Raluca’s additional expertise in the areas of civil litigation and real estate transactions, only add to the exceptional value of the services offered by our firm to its clients. This is an important aspect of our practice, enabling clients to save time and money by working with the same firm solving multiple aspects of their case.
Dedicated to helping people, and passionate about her work, Raluca has always believed in giving back to the community. After volunteering for nine months, as a law school graduate, with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society in Gwinnett (GLA), she has been collaborating with their office ever since, as a pro-bono attorney, in an effort to provide free legal services to low-income individuals, thus contributing to a much needed service in the community.
Raluca is forever grateful for the kind and carring upbringing by her beloved parents and the love for continuous learning and self-improvement they have inspired. She is now living with her husband and their three children in one of the Atlanta’s suburbs and she credits her family to her success and inspiration in all she does.
Raluca’s favorite quote is: “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
